Saturday we traveled up to Flagstaff and explored the Lava River Cave...it was a lot of fun, but Ididn't get any pictures, because well, it's a pitch black cave! If you've never been, you should! The boys were doing their best to give me a heart attack and Nate kept us all entertained with his commentary..."Mom, walking in this cave is like hiking, only slower!"
After the cave, we decided to go up to Snow Bowl and take the ski lift up to the top. We weren't prepared for how cold it would be at the top, but it was a lot of fun.
We started out with weather like this:
Nik was a little nervous...first time on a ski lift...we were high off the ground!
The weather quickly turned into this:

Pretty soon we couldn't see them at all!
If you're wondering where the highest toilet in Arizona is, we found it!
Poor Riley was FREEZING on the way down!

Oh my word! That's crazy! It looks so cold. We'll have to check that cave out sometime, but maybe when it warms up. :) My boys would also love to go in the highest toilet in AZ.
