...some MORE pictures from Milwaukee...here is probably Adam's FAVORITE view of Milwaukee. That funny looking building is this famous Art Museum that overlooks Lake Michigan.
This is the only picture that Adam and I have together; it was our last night in Milwaukee and we ate at this restaurant, The Rock Bottom Brewery. It was right on the river that runs through the city and we got to eat right on the river. Adam got Root Beer that they brew in their brewery...it was really good. Our waitress laughed at us because we ordered Hot Coco because we were so cold. She said that for this time of year, the weather was great. Despite the cold, eating outside was a lot of fun.
Just another picture of the Rock Bottom and the river. The bridges actually raise up for bigger boats to pass through for delivery of building materials...we never got to see the bridges raise, but it was still cool to see.
Before we left Milwaukee, we went to the
Harley Davidson Museum.
Adam found a Harley Sportbike...
...while I found something a little more my
SPEED!
We had a great time in Milwaukee. I also want to say THANK YOU to the Browns for watching the boys for us. They had a great time and we never had to worry about them...
we knew they were in good hands!
